Knife Sharpening

Sharp knives do a better job cutting. They are less likely to slip and cut you and you will need to use less force to get the job done.
Each knife is hand sharpened with a three step process (4 steps if there are major knicks to work out). We make sure to use the right angle for each type of knife. This ensures that your cleavers will keep cleaving and your paring knives will keep paring for a long time.
What's the point of having a nice knife set if they can't do the job right? Let us sharpen your knives today!
